* Led NYC Eng Site, and grew the site to 150 engineers. Responsible for onboarding, growing, and retaining Merchants on DoorDash. Drove nine figure GMV growth in the Merchant business. * Group manager for seven teams of extremely talented engineers building features at Pinterest for Pinners and Creators.* Worked with a team of managers and engineers to streamline the Product Launch Review process, which reduced the overhead required to ship A/B tests to 100% while also ensuring we ship high quality A/B tests.* Partnered with Performance Director to have managers from our teams work together to improve how Pinterest handles performance regressions. The Engineering Managers were able to develop a framework for Graded Performance Regressions, which helped improve engineering velocity around performance regressions for the performance team, A/B testers, and performance metrics owners.* Organized a redesign with a small tiger team and cross-engineering participation across several engineering organizations throughout 2019. * Worked with principal engineers to develop systems architecture diagrams, and launch an "Architecture Overview" series to encourage other groups to document and present their systems (e.g. Homefeed, Search, API, etc).* Led the Product Engineering group through three re-orgs to align teams against new company priorities.* Launched the "Win or Learn Blog", a blog for employees to share ideas internally.* Participated in Blackboard, an employee resource group for black Pinterest employees.

* Lead the small team that built and shipped board sections, and built the APIs and backend for the feature. From first lines of code to 100% launch in just 100 days. * Advocated for a 3-day no meeting schedule for engineers to improve their productivity. We rolled this policy out throughout all the teams on Product Engineering. I published a blog post on the Engineering blog about the policy, which made the frontpage of Hacker News, and established an all-time high for views and reads on the engineering blog.* Managed an 8 person product team through 2018. Built and shutdown an experimental Communities project. Shipped collaboration tools for reactions and commenting on Group Boards.* Led a hack-a-thon team to build Marketplace, an easy way for people to buy on sell on Pinterest. The project won the "Money Mover" prize.

* Integrated Instapaper aggregate link signals into Pinterest.* Built a reader mode for Pinterest in-app browser, which won the company hack-a-thon and was resourced afterwards. We shipped the feature to 100% but subsequently shut the feature down.

* Maintained NetworkManager (http://projects.gnome.org/NetworkManager/) patches across changes in upstream open source project..* Integrated third-party Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) module for identification of layer 7 network applications, and implemented Application Layer Gateway (ALG) interface functionality for DPI module.* Implemented ICMP raw packet routing and DNS caching.* Built Android application to allow a user to stream live video to a server, and upload video to multiple host providers simultaneously.* Ported Linux (x86) client software to Android native platform (ARM).* Ported client software to Mac OS X. Developed custom Mac OS X Network Kernel Extensions to port the software.
