The Leadership Search team at OhioHealth is responsible to work with senior leaders throughout the health system to find to find exceptional talent for both clinical and non-clinical leadership roles. We provide a high touch recruiting experience for both the hiring manager and candidate, from sourcing passive candidates to extending offers and helping candidates navigate the pre-boarding process. The foundation of our recruiting strategy is a relationship driven process aimed at providing an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers. As Manager of the Leadership Search team, I'm responsible for leading a team of 5 Sr. TA Consultants (3 recruiters and 2 sourcers), 1 TA Coordinator, and 3 external recruiters through an RPO partner. As Manager I'm also responsible for managing relationships with key leaders throughout the business to ensure that the recruitment strategy is in alignment with business goals and ensuring execution of that strategy.  Key team accomplishments include:- Reduced overall time-to-fill by ~2 weeks for leadership roles.- Oversaw implementation of AI tools to help streamline sourcing efforts, improving diversity of candidate slates and expanding reach for hard to fill roles. - Manage relationships with external vendors like RPO providers and Executive recruiting firms.- Instituted quarterly hiring manager survey and improved overall hiring manager satisfaction scores from 3.99 to 4.41 (5-point scale) within 8 months.

Grew from an individual contributor role to leading a team of 4 recruiters tasked with growing and scaling high volume customer operations teams, marketing, and standing up several new teams aligned to key strategic objectives.
