The scope of the summer's project was investigating alternative methods of synthesizing Linear Frequency Modulation on-chip without using Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS).

First of two Minority Leadership Program -sponsored internships under the guidance of Peter Buxa. Role was to learn VHDL and FPGA design for Digital Signal Processing (DSP) applications. The project for this internship was baseband waveform modulation and demodulation using ADCs and DACs.

Performed network and computer support both on-site and in-house. Responsibilities included handling return authorizations, configuring and managing an IIS server as well as other system maintenance or device failure recovery tasks.
