Brian Lee is an experienced professional engaged at the nexus of international affairs and politics, trade and business, and development. He has an extensive background in both the private and public sector in Europe, Asia and the Americas, working to ensure that those entities and individuals with whom he partners fulfill their objectives and are able to identify and capitalize on opportunities.He has served in various roles with UNODC throughout Europe and Asia, working with government and other international institutions such as ASEAN, the EU, the ICRC, and the OSCE to address issues related to transnational crime and illicit trafficking, rule of law and criminal justice reform, and drugs and health. In this capacity, he designed and implemented programs for Southeastern Europe, Pakistan, and Southeast Asia, and assisted several country and regional offices to increase their operating budgets through targeted fundraising and outreach campaigns.In addition, he has extensive experience in Eastern and Southeastern Europe, as well as North Africa, where he advised political parties, worked with NGOs and non-profit organizations, and served as an international observer to national elections.
