Manage the day to day ticketing operation & the administration process. Providing leadership, mentoring and training to a team of 3 permanent and 5 casual staff members • Solely responsible for all aspects of ticketing for the football club.• Development and delivery of the clubs ticketing sales strategy to ensure budgets are achieved year-on-year.• Managing the club's e-ticketing website to enable online sales for general area.• Responsible for collating and distributing all match-by-match KPI's to the wider Senior Management team.• Recruitment of all permanent and casual match day staff for the Ticket Office.• The Clubs first point of contact with software suppliers, Advanced - TALENT, to ensure the delivery of a positive customer journey and high standards of service provided by the department is maintained through positive working relationships.

• Have a clear and precise understanding of disability legislation and providing an accessible stadium and club premises• Be the main point of contact between the football club, its disabled customers, staff andplayers and ensure that their access requirements are met• Ensure on-going access improvements each season to the clubs facilities and services• Ensure all club staff are disability awareness trained and understand the requirements of adisabled person on match and non-match days• Ensure all personnel at the club and/or stadium are aware of their responsibilities to disabled people and fell able to communicate and interact with a wide range of disabled people with different access requirements• Work with other departments at the club and external agencies to ensure access information for disabled supporters and visitors is available via the club media portals and available in accessible formats• Act as a liaison between the club and its disabled customers and disabled supporters and their associations or groups.

My aim as Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) is to build and maintain dialogue between fans of Gillingham Football Club and the Club itself.In the context of the progress made at Gillingham Football Club recently, I will continuing to promote co-operation, understanding and partnership between Supporters and Club.The ultimate aim is to create advocacy for the club, among all stakeholders, including staff, supporters, away supporters and the local community.- I have a comprehensive understanding of all relevant matters affecting the Club and Supporters(safety regulations, ticketing regulations, travel arrangements, etc.)-Gather feedback (formally and informally) from supporters, identify key issues and opportunities and communicate these to the Club -Communicate key information to supporters (through a variety of media, including face-to-face meetings)-Support endeavours to continually improve relationships with the community-Establish and maintain communications with SLOs at other clubs-Actively seek out ‘best practices’, ‘benchmark’ clubs and other opportunities to engage, to promote dialogue and to improve supporter understanding and sentiment.
