In my role as Warehouse & Logistics Manager, I ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of our goods. I manage the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the warehouse. My responsibilities include inventory control, planning and organizing logistics and ensuring productivity targets are being met and maintained. Additionally, in the first couple months in this role, I developed warehouse operations systems to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. These systems are under continuous review and will be changed if needed or new insights offer new opportunities. By not stopping looking for improvements on a personal level and in the operations as a whole, I'm ensuring optimal performance and maximum adaptability.
