We help commercial building owners, such as car washes, reduce operating expenses. The government wants us to go solar and is dramatically increasing the cost of electricity but reducing the cost of solar with tax credits. I believe going solar is good business and good citizenship.In my consulting practice, I help startup founders launch their new business and also help them avoid costly mistakes through carefully researched custom checklsits. Checklists turn ideas and knowledge into manageable processes.As a tax lawyer in Philadelphia, I gained experience in many fields of law and business. Still, my most memorable experiences resulted from my years in Pinellas County, Florida, as co-founder of a series of NASCAR-branded car wash businesses. Today, my role in advocating renewable energy solutions and startup launch coaching is very fulfilling.As many of you know, I've been writing a book about launching your new business startup and avoiding mistakes. I have turned the corner and will "soon" distribute a draft copy for those interested in the subject, and I hope to gather more insights before it goes to press. The final title is "The Surprisingly SIMPLE NEW BUSINESS LAUNCH MODEL." The subtitle is, "Launch your startup at the least cost, more quickly, and with fewer mistakes." It's been a labor of love, but the labor has just got to stop so I can sit back and enjoy it myself!
