Following more than 10 years experience within the IT industry within the reseller, distribution and vendor space, I transitioned to focus on Human Resources within the IT industry, developing my consulting and specialist talent acquisition skills. This then led me to broaden my industry exposure across a variety of generalist recruitment, business development and leadership roles where I discovered a love of growing businesses and developing people's skills, confidence and careers.A fateful night at a cocktail lounge in Hobart inspired me to bring something similar to our local community in Gippsland and a few weeks later, The Benjamin on Franklin was born. Now I'm blessed with a role I love, where I can combine my skills, experience and aspirations to provide a place of connection for our community that enhances the liveability of our region and champions local producers. I'm also blessed to lead a team of diverse and wonderful people and help nurture and develop their talent for the future of our industry.
