Mr. Troy has 30+ years of leadership, executive and management experience and has been a trusted, recognized executive leader and advisor to companies in the upstream energy, financial, and information technology industries. Mr. Troy possesses a deep understanding of upstream E&P business processes. He has performed in the interim executive positions of President/COO and Vice President of Engineering for two independent oil and gas companies to re-engineer the organizations to improve profitability. As general manager, he oversaw the construction, pipeline and production engineering division that included activities for both the Gulf of Mexico and U.S. oil and gas operations/ Mr. Troy managed the acquisition process for a large independent oil & gas company as well as managing three onshore acquisitions, the largest in excess of several hundred million dollars. He developed and directed the management of a $400 million capital budget for exploration and construction development activities and directed and managed $500 million/yr of onshore and offshore construction projects to include offshore platforms, production equipment and pipelines. Mr. Troy developed strategic plans and operational procedures for the purchase, transportation and storage of natural gas by the Natural Gas Utility Companies from Exploration and Production Companies. He also provided turnkey project management for a $75 million software project covering major financial accounting, payroll, commissions and contract entry functions.Broad-based leadership background, with a proven ability to create/fulfill a vision for an organization and provide the strategic, motivational leadership to implement the vision into reality.
