I work specifically with BIT 3424 -Introduction to Business Analytics Modeling classes and professors. I manage other teaching assistants and assist professor to ensure grades are posted accurately and on-time. I am responsible for holding office hours twice a week, grading assignments, completing grade adjustments, communicating with students concerning late and missing assignments and inaccurate grading

The RA fosters the creation and maintains positive intellectual, emotional, and social communities within the on-campus residence halls, through educational and social programming, personal interactions, and mentoring. As an RA, I work to develop, support, and encourage a strong sense of community among my residents as well as provide opportunities for my residents to discover their own strengths and interests. I work with mostly freshman transitioning into college and I focus on assisting my residents discover their own potential and the opportunities available to them over the next few years. I strive to lead by example, include everyone, and maintain a positive attitude.

Given responsibility for developing training presentations and material, I lead several training sessions for project managers throughout the company. I was responsible for parts of the planning phases of the proposal writing process for new contracts from the Federal Government.
