*JOB RESPONSIBITY*  Road Furniture Finished work Junction Development Drawing ( Plan & Profile ) Cross S-section To co-ordinate with his team and conduct the total survey (topography, site pre-conditioning survey of site, traversing etc.) for the project.  To verify all survey data at site and intimate any alerting deviations.  To interact/communicate with client and seek necessary approval.  To make necessary drawings pertaining to project specific tasks.  To co-ordinate with execution & instrumentation team for measurement, providing data, area identification, and verification and reporting work etc.  To ensure all design coordinates are mapped accurately against the outlined specifications in order to meet design and construction requirements.  To review design drawings for accuracy prior to construction commencing in order to prevent construction delays and enable construction to proceed in accordance with Site programs.  To oversee, advice and assist subordinate and site staff during assembly in order to ensure structural elements are constructed in line with design specifications & Technical Specifications. Resources: Manpower, Equipment, and Materials. Dealing with Contractors, Suppliers, Vendor, and Clients. Maintain Quality assurance and Quality control checks & procedures. Direct the subordinate staffs for preparation of List of obstructions and list of details required from the Client for commence the Construction work at Site. Direct the Planning Department for implementation of regular RFI System, DPR. Safety measures implement at site. Completion of the Project within the Budget Cost. Create a schedule and timeline for the project. Making plans using detailed drawings. Survey work related all activities Office & Field work  Managing highway-related projects from conceptual stages through all phases of pre- and post-contract activities  Coaching, mentoring and developing junior staff  Knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques and procedures  Managerial responsibility for scheduling and resourcing project teams and related staff development activities  Execution of Earth Work, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC & of Highways.
