Hired as Full Time Linebackers coach for the University. This Job involves ensuring my position group is held to a standard that holds them accountable for their actions and making them leaders of the team and also leaders in life. I was in charge of leading these guys, gaining their trust, and showing them respect while also pushing them to be the best they can be 24/7. Tagging film and installing gameplan was a top priority. Teaching them game plan, what to expect, and the ins and outs of what it would take to win week by week. The harder I worked and studied the easier it would be for them to understand. I was also in charge of recruiting East Texas, North Louisiana, and Mobile Alabama. Equipment Coordinator included managing all the equipment, from helmets and shoulder pads to waters and Gatorades on away and home games. I managed all gear pass out and tracked every piece of equipment that came in and out of the equipment room. I was to make sure the jerseys were washed by a GA after each practice and game.

While Completing my Undergrad at LCU, I was blessed with the opportunity to continue with the football team as a GA, once my playing career was over. I was in charge of planning drills for practice, tagging film, setting up practice and also cleaning after. Organization of equipment and fixing equipment as well. Along with tagging film, I was in charge of using that film to understand what the other team was doing to ensure we would be ready week to week. I also was in charge of recruiting an area during this time.
