For 10 years, I was honored to serve in one of the greatest professions in the world - the Fire Service, protecting my community. Now, through MSA I continue to carry out this mission by offering safety solutions that protect firefighters and first responders. In my current role, I aim to build a strategic partnership with both internal and external customers that reflects a commitment to a continuous quality improvement ideal.Through vision and market insights, it is the utmost importance to develop a strategic plan to better serve and protect you (the fire service) in order that you may better protect your members and ultimately your community. I seek out the knowledge and experience of the fire service so that I may collaborate with our teams in developing and instituting best-in-class products, processes, and solutions.Relationships lead to partnerships, and partnerships lead to trust and mutual accountability. Everyday, I seek the trust of our customers and ask that they hold me accountable to their needs and operational prerogatives. Safety is priority one, and through tactical applications with the usage of technology and data-driven insights we can build a better culture of protecting our number one asset - our people.
