I am responsible for strengthening the communication efforts of two projects – 'Mayors for Economic Growth' and 'Support to Rapid Economic Recovery of Ukrainian Municipalities' – focusing on supporting a communication strategy. This includes creating outreach materials to raise awareness of the projects’ key initiatives in collaboration with engaged municipalities.

In March 2022, I co-founded and managed Ukraine Explainers, a media project dedicated to clarifying Ukraine's situation and countering Russian propaganda. Our content has reached millions globally, and my insights have been featured in The Telegraph, Der Spiegel, and more. Currently, I focus on social media marketing, primarily on Instagram, while continuing to work on narrative development and audience engagement strategies.

I helped develop and implement the project from scratch. Together with my colleagues, I formed a team and established the main directions of the UWA. Currently, I coordinate several departments, overseeing internal processes and task management practices for 20 people. I also assist in onboarding new team members and contribute to project strategy. Additionally, I represented the project at international events, cultivated donor relationships, and co-organized public talks during 
Docudays UA in Kyiv.Learn the story of the Russian invasion of Ukraine with our unified media archive gathered from all around Ukraine.

I co-developed and implemented the communications strategy for Traveling Docudays UA, a traveling documentary film festival that had 855 screenings in 21 regions of Ukraine (for two years). I created guidelines and media kits for regional coordinators and coordinated media presence.

TSL promotes evidence-based medicine and public health reform in Ukraine. I wrote articles about family medicine and how to use it to promote a new culture of self-care and to explain medical reform in Ukraine. I also developed and wrote an educational course against stigmatization for medical workers.

I developed and implemented a strategy for expanding and strengthening the Radio Podil community, built and maintained our audience online and offline. Also, I co-produced two seasons of a podcast.

I co-wrote and co-hosted an educational podcast Antropotsesho about sustainable development and the challenges of the Anthropocene era in the Ukrainian context. We recorded three seasons and 21 episodes.

I have collaborated with both national and regional media outlets in Ukraine, spearheading projects tailored for journalists in challenging times. I developed and coordinated initiatives such as "A Survival Kit for Journalists during COVID-19" and "Coronavirus Survival Kit for Media." Additionally, I played a key role in co-planning and executing the Regional Champions Accelerator – a program designed for regional media outlets across Ukraine. Furthermore, I established a monthly newsletter to effectively communicate MDF's projects through various media and social media channels.

I wrote and published articles, reports, conducted interviews, created radio series (full production cycle).

I wrote news, reviews, analytical articles, and interviews about the quality of media coverage of presidential and parliamentary elections, violations of election legislation by the media and candidates.Detector Media is a Ukrainian think-tank and a group of online outlets focusing on problems of media, freedom of speech, informational policy, media-literacy and countering propaganda

I worked with a Kyiv-based photographer, developed a brand promotion strategy, helped to discover and research new ideas for projects and how to implement them.

As summer intern, I managed the organization’s social media account, created a content plan, and communicated with the press.
