CurrentPurpose of The Job: The place of KYC devices in the customer acquisition equation, and ultimately winning market share in the telecoms industry is now common knowledge. With the growth of subscribers in the Nigerian telecoms space and with the regulatory prerequisite of SIMs registration, the number of functional KYC kits and gross acquisitions is tending towards a direct relationship and is a key factor in winning the competitive edge. The Job therefore requires managing all issues around KYC to ensure desired ROI on kits Capex is delivered.Job Description: The job reports to the Lead Sales Operations.Key results areas include:• End-to-end devices management from business case, approvals, town-planning, procurement, installation/configuration, deployment, maintenance, inventory, and retirement• Developing and updating effective processes and policies to guide handling of KYC devices in the Nigerian Opco• Build strong partnership across units – IT, Customer Experience, regional teams, key business partners, and business support groups, within Airtel• To provide strong leadership to the Nigeria KYC operations team to meet key process deliverables.
