Buck Daniel has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury, insurance coverage and commercial litigation. He has tried cases throughout the state. In addition to his private practice and client representation, Buck served as the General Counsel for Nationwide Insurance for the state of South Carolina, providing coverage opinions on commercial, homeowner and automobile policies. He also provided staff training related to the State's insurance laws. Buck is a certified circuit court mediator.Prior to entering the legal profession, Buck was a business owner of a tobacco warehouse and farming business in Mullins, South Carolina, where he served as a member of the Mullins Tobacco Board of Trade and the Flue Cured Tobacco Advisory Committee. He draws upon his experience as a business owner when assisting clients with their legal needs.Buck is an active member of his community, serving as an assistant scoutmaster, coaching little league baseball, and teaching Sunday School at Eastminster Presbyterian Church. He previously served as a member of the South Carolina Bar Ethics Advisory Committee and as a member of the board of directors and alumni advisory committee for South Carolina Delta of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Housing Corporation.
