USASOC strategic planner for SOCENT / SOCAF.

Operational Advisor to the Army's Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG); provides operational advisory support and solution development to the Army and the Joint Force Commanders to enhance soldier survivability and combat effectiveness, and enable the defeat of current and emerging threats in support of Unified Land Operations. Supports special activity programs, non-traditional operations, and combat operations at the tactical, operational, and strategic level. Facilitates SOF – GPF integration, Intelligence & Operations Fusion, Information Operations (IO), and Tactical Site Exploitation (TSE) in support of Focused Operations.

Serves as the principle advisor on Personal Recovery to the Commanding General, United States Forces-Iraq (USF-I) on issues involving recovery capabilities, plans, doctrine, and policy for the conduct of Full Spectrum Personnel Recovery Operations and compartmented operations. Coordinates DoD activities with all interagency partners to include the Department of State RSO/Office of Hostage Affairs, NCR, ORA, USSOCOM, to plan, coordinate, and execute compartmented, classified operational missions to recover missing U.S. Service Personnel and other persons of interest in High Risk Operations.

MACOM level Operations Officer responsible for oversight of classified compartmented Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) operations worldwide. Serves as the Command Personnel Recovery Program Manager; plans, coordinates, and monitors ARSOF Personnel Recovery in support of all Unconventional Warfare Operations and activities. Serves as the principle Personal Recovery advisor to the DCS/G-3, Commanding General, and USASOC staff on issues involving ARSOF capabilities, plans, doctrine, and policy for the conduct of compartmented Special Operations. Coordinates regularly with USSOCOM, Special Operations Component Commands, Theater Combatant and Component Commands, HQDA, USASOC MSCs and MSUs, and other Governmental Agencies to plan and coordinate compartmented, classified operational missions.

Assists in developing procedures to prevent and deter terrorist threats to multiple modes of transportation and critical transportation infrastructure. Expert knowledge of the laws, regulations, executive orders, and agreements that govern infrastructure protection. Assists in the development and implementation of risk, criticality, and vulnerability assessments.

Develops and promulgates security plans and policies as the principal advisor to the Defense Information Systems Agency Security Director. Provides policy guidance, and technical expertise with respect to highly intricate DoD-wide security management programs, providing expertise that supports major decisions affecting operations. Conducts Vulnerability Assessments in support of the DoD Critical Infrastructure Protection Program.

Detachment Commander of a Special Forces Military Free-Fall Detachment; responsible for conducting Special Forces deployments to support the National Command Authorities strategic global objectives. Expert on Unconventional Warfare, Direct Action, Counterterrorism and Special Reconnaissance.

Provides Intelligence and Engineer skills to a 12 man Special Forces Detachment for high risk, immediate, no-notice deployments including Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Operation Uphold Democracy, Joint Task Force 6, and numerous training and contingency missions throughout the CENTCOM Theater of Operation.

Responsible for Leading, Training and 1st line supervisor of 11 bad ass American Paratroopers.
