I launched Decibelle Creative to help entrepreneurs, performers and small businesses plan, launch and grow the podcasts they've had on their to-do list, but not had the time, confidence or expertise to get off the ground. We collaborate with clients on their creative approach, take care of all production elements of their podcasting journey, and empower them to bring engaging content to their followers, increasing their influence in their industry.

The Full English:I co-produce and co-present this vibrant and quirky breakfast show which puts listeners from across the UK at centre stage. We reject the tired conventions of standard commercial breakfast shows, live and breath for the music and comedy listeners have come to love Union JACK for, and have a good laugh at ourselves in the process.I am responsible for planning both day-to-day content and larger scale features, ensuring a story arch is amplified to create maximum listener engagement. I hand schedule the music logs for our 3 hour breakfast show, I extract on air content from my real-time interactions with listeners throughout the show, produce pre-recorded content and daily post-show promos, as well as the show's weekly podcast.The Tracey Cox Show:I produce this weekly sex & relationships show fronted by world renowned Psychologist and Sex & Relationships expert Tracey Cox. I work with Tracey to produce a show suitable for day time listening, dealing with often taboo topics such as sexual fantasy, pornography, and erectile dysfunction, in an appropriate way. I operate the live studio and direct Tracey as she presents remotely from her home, and provide opinion and anecdotes as required by Tracey to add dynamic to the show.

Having worked as a Programming Assistant for 1 year, I began to take on more responsibility for the output of the station through music scheduling, arranging interviews, planning and editing pre-recorded content, helping to organise on-air talent, preparing for and leading new music meetings, and providing voice over across multiple local stations.

I joined JACKfm Oxford as a Programming Assistant in Dec 2015 to assist with a range of programming duties such as vox pops, audio editing, music database management, backtiming, uploading and programming audio/mucis, answering phones, and responding to external emails.

Now in my 4th Head Office role at Super Camps, I currrently work in the Commercial Team managing internal marketing at all host venues, researching new venues to continue the company's growth, and maintain good commercial relationships with all Super Camps partnerships. I write copy for Schools' websites, newsletters & parent communications, manage social media, coordinate sending flyers and banners to schools to promote camps and liaise with Marketing contacts at the schools to discuss new marketing initiatives to boost bookings. I use CRM records from our customer database and google maps to track the locality of all bookings for each venue to effectively analyse where our bookings are coming from and where our most/least profitable areas are, and keep tabs on the movements of our competitors. I am involved in every aspect of business acqusition up to contracting stage, at which point the Commercial Manager takes the lead.

I worked in a responsible position in the HR team recruiting on-camp staff to work with 4-14 year olds on Ofsted registered day camps across the UK. I had a division of 23 venues which I was responsible for staffing to necessary ratio requirements based on booking numbers which were communicated one week in advance. I worked to predictions staffing camps in my division for February half term, Easter, May Half term and a 9 week Summer holiday season. The safe recruitment of all staff working on camp (except camp managers) was in my hands, from reviewing applications, telephone interviews, and in-house training to assess suitability of candidates to work on camp. I processed DBS applications, reviewed references, produced contract paperwork, assisted with training days, and coordinated staff based on their availability, qualifications, travel requirements and skills. During the busy summer season I worked in a high pressure environment, reacting to staffing issues happening in real time on the ground, sourcing additional staff at short notice due to last minute bookings, worked on call and over weekends to replace staff who called in sick overnight, and dealt with staffing queries and problems over the phone on a daily basis.

I worked in a dynamic role which involved taking bookings from parents and dealing with general customer enquiries, processing payments and dealing with childcare vouchers, processing refunds and responding to emails. I dealt with complaints and assisted with the trianing of new customer service staff. From a marketing perspective I researched and contacted local schools and businesses to target with flyers for parents and corporate discounts to boost bookings across all venues. I posted promotional material on sites such as Netmums, Facebook and Twitter, became involved in website editing, and cold-called customers to boost sales.

I assisted the in-house recruitment team with administrative tasks to ensure safe recruitment practices aassociated with childcare workers were consistently maintained. I used CRM to run reports on staff working at specific venues to ensure all staff were suitably DBS checked, had returned the relevant paperwork and all had up to date references and health declaration forms. I produced Oftsed required paperwork to assist other members of the operations team both on-camp and in head office, took phone calls, answered email enquiries and ensured database records for all staff were kept up to date.

I enjoy representing Jack fm at promotional events with likeminded colleagues who share my passion for Radio, and the Jack brand. Being a Roadie has taken me to a variety of events and settings, and the work demands a balance of professionalism and ability to deliver the station's vibrant and non-conformist brand through my interactions with the public. I find the experience I've gained through this ongoing role rewarding and entertaining.

I worked during all University holidays as an Activity Instructor on camp, working with children between the ages of 4 - 14 years, leaidng a number of sports and arts & crafts activities. I lead groups of up to 18 children independantly and dealt with emegency situtaions such as injuries and swimming incidents. I dealt with parents face to face which developed my confidence and ability to reain professional under pressure.

Filing confidential patent applications, archiving documents, general office assistance, data entry and database management and answering phones . Assisted both the Accounts and Marketing Departments, handling invoices, and updating the company’s press release log, investigating social media implementation, regular website editing, and image selection for promotional publications.
