Working with two social enterprise partners, I helped create a new collaborative space for social entrepreneurs and change agents in Paris, France, called Bright City. The 1,100 sq. m. building offered a variety of collective intelligence, facilitation, leadership and organizational development services along with space for member activities, events, and offices.

I worked with the JST to develop a new platform for internal collaboration, helped refine and develop its mission, and catalyzed the formation of a healthy internal culture.

After starting the first maker/hacker/co-working/artist space in the US at Bucketworks, I continue to support communities and efforts around the world who are working towards the transformation of learning. I engage brands in telling stories that beg to be shared, from both the force of powerful storytelling in the world of public relations and the development of internal team alignment with stories and brands. I believe that many organizations and companies suffer from the 'brand alignment gap' between their external story and their internal story. At Moon Landing, I teach companies how to close this gap and make their brands thrive with the energy of internal and external engagement.

I was a founding member of the Bucket Brigade, a new company started from the collaboration and technology practices of Bucketworks for 13 years. My team and I facilitated Collaboration Bootcamp events where we taught entire organizations how to escape status update meetings and over-full email inboxes, and create a culture of transparency and collaboration within their corporate culture.

Founder of organization, developed business model and plan for world's first health club for the brain (Makerspace, hackerspace, art space, co-work space) implemented programming, staffing, operational procedures, branding, marketing, technology infrastructure, talent development. Brought organization through a flood disaster and back to action.

I support the Web414 efforts and am involved in planning Web414 events, meetups, and BarCamps.
