With three decades of mission driven executive leadership, marketing, and fundraising experience, Bucky's career has spanned professional sports, collegiate sports and nonprofit industries.Bucky has created marketing campaigns to promote diverse brands including Coca-Cola, Coors, Dell Technologies, GEICO, U.S. Army and Wells Fargo to name a few. His innovative, award winning campaigns have received national acclaim.As Chief Development Officer for the Gallatin River Task Force in Big Sky, Montana, Bucky oversaw partnerships with Simms, TroutRoutes, Bozeman Spirts, and Ace Hardware.As General Manager for LEARFIELD’S Texas State Sports Properties, Bucky forged partnerships with over 100 national and regional brands.From 2000-2016, Bucky served as Chief Executive Officer of Rodeo Austin, a nationally branded non-profit professional sports and entertainment corporation. Under his leadership, the organization raised and awarded over $27 million to Texas youth, including $6 million in scholarships to over 700 high school students. In this role, he served as chief spokesperson for the organization, addressing diverse audiences including media, elected officials, volunteers and the public. During his tenure, Rodeo Austin improved its national ranking to become a top five ProRodeo.A graduate of Texas A&M University, Bucky holds Master of Animal Science and Bachelor of Animal Science degrees.
