Schedule all routine maintenance and breakdowns within area.Servicing industrial vending machines at customer’s premises to ensure their production is uninterrupted.Contacting customers directly to resolve any breakdowns or vending failures, discuss the fault, rectify over the phone or arrange a timely visit to repair.Installation of new vends including location, stock control to customer request, computer set up and customer training.

Southwest And Wales

Manage a remote workforce consisting of 40-55 drivers, 20-30 recovery LGV vehicles. During my 12 years in this role, I worked in various locations across England and Wales including Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk, Buckinghamshire, Birmingham, Gloucestershire and South Wales.
