Bud Evans is a former FBI Supervisory Special Agent (27 years) in field operations with assignments in Minneapolis, MN; Los Angeles, CA; Norfolk, VA; Washington, D.C. and instructor assignments at the FBI Academy, Quantico, VA in the areas of Firearms Training; Special Operations and Crisis Management. A member of the FBI's Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG) Evans responded to the World Trade Center Bombing ('93); Oklahoma City Bombing ('95); Olympic Park Bombing ('96) and U.S. Embassy Bombings at Nairobi, Kenya and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania ('98). Evans is a current State Department Anti-Terrorism Assistance (ATA) Instructor. Bud has responded to critical incidents as an FBI SWAT Team Leader, Bomb Technician, Hostage Negotiator, Evidence Response Team Member and Tactical Medic. Training and working alongside local, state, regional, federal and military agencies throughout his career Mr. Evans has also worked with law enforcement and anti-terrorism teams from Germany, Russia, Israel, France, the Netherlands and Great Britain.
