Co-founder of BARCO CIC a community organisation set up to serve the needs of people who identify as Black African, Black Caribbean, belonging to the Black African diaspora, or of Black mixed race heritage in Brighton and Hove. Our aim is to improve the experiences of Black people living, working, studying and visiting Brighton and Hove as well as creating a better understanding of anti-Black racism.

Men of Melanin is a support group for Men of Colour covering the Greater Brighton area. The long established Women of Colour group paved way for the setting and together with @Cameron Okai we founded the group that meets monthly. The group provides a support network for men of colour and a therapy based setting to share space, challenges and experiences with other men in the city whom normally may not cross paths.

As an IPM, I am a non-policing practitioner, a lay member, who forms part of the hearing panel to consider evidence, and to participate fully in discussions and relevant sanctions in police conduct.

As the organisation has grown my role has evolved significantly requiring greater focus on project management, strategy and commercial awareness. As a marketing team it is our responsibility to deliver proposed plans as well as demonstrate the return on investment through accurate data and analysis which is something I pride myself on. As a group, Rivervale operates several sub brands/divisions each with their own unique challenges and requests. I enjoy variety and this style of working has suited both the company and myself well and I look forward to the continued partnership.

I am responsible for all marketing aspects for the Rivervale Cars Group. During my time in the business Rivervale has transitioned from dealership to independent provider forcing a re-fresh of the brand to solidify longevity within this space. My responsibilities include managing a diverse team of 7, which include Developers, Data Specialists and Analysts. I am the lead for strategy, budget management and compliance and keep a firm eye on data as the business has evolved digitally. We now operate very much on a website basis only which requires me to manage SEO with a hands on approach throughout the business.Rivervale currently have several offerings under the umbrella of Rivervale Cars which include Vehicle Leasing, Used Vehicle Sales, Bosch Service Centre, Minibus, Fleet and Fleet Management. All of these have unique marketing requirements and I take great pride in ensuring that Rivervale maintain high standards of communication, brand management and cross-promotion. Together with senior sales management I have worked hard on ways to improve both the volume and quality of inbound enquiries.I'm passionate about creativity, innovation and change. I'm always keen on implementing fresh ideas and utilising the latest technology and services to get a head start on competitors.

Under the umbrella of Rivervale Cars, I took on the challenge of curating the first Brighton and Hove Motor Show, the first motor show in the area for over 12 years. Working closely with headline sponsor Mobil1 the show enjoyed 15,000 visitors and over £1,000,000 of revenue transacted.

Responsibility for club commercial offerings including hospitality, sponsorship and partnerships. Further activities include 1901 Club account management, 1901 club website management and content control as well as weekly emails, e-shots and all corporate club communication.

Responsible for recruitment advertising online with BigHospitality and in print with The Publicans' Morning Advertiser and Restaurant Magazine. Annual events included the Restaurant Show.
