Over see job coordination, manpower, scheduling, material orders and delivery, equipment renting and most important customer satisfaction.

I have the leadership roll over a crew of 16 workers at this time, I coordinate material ordering and delivery. I perform exterior, interior wall, drywall soffit, acoustical ceiling layout. I provide locations for installation of plywood and other wood products as per drawings. I coordinate and facilitate workers as per job schedules. I am responsible for purchases of power tools, related equipment, safety equipment, equipment certifications, equipment rental, delivery and pickup of equipment. Mobile storage rental, fuel purchasing, timesheets, daily reports, J.S.A. forms, equipment inspections and other related paperwork. I perform coordination efforts with other contractors in hopes of having a relationship to help the jobs flow well. I create R.F.I.'s in a timely fashion so there is no waiting period for the workers in the field. I assist with project schedules and material takeoffs. I attend weekly meetings and help provide a better insight on upcoming issues.

I was part of a team that created a takeoff of interior finishes and placed orders for them. Also rented equipment and purchased the tools needed to perform demolition and other items of work. Documented LEED products as it was removed from sites, ordered pickups and returns of waste containers. We coordinated and created time lines for individual subcontractors. We were responsible at times to oversee several jobs at once, perform concrete work layout, install steel reinforcement after compaction tests were meet, extermination completed, moister barrier installed, inspection completed, set up concrete finishers and order concrete. What I personally did was learn to be a part of a great group of people with knowledge when combined made a unique team of professionals that overcame many challenges when faced with adversities.
