Bud has nearly 35 years of experience in public and private practice. He is currently a partner in PwC's Office of General Counsel. Prior to joining PwC OGC, he held a variety of client service roles for both public and private clients. His client list was made up of real estate developers and manufacturing firms, most of which have significant global footprints (i.e., over 50% of total revenue derived internationally). Many of Bud's clients have been active in acquisitions and capital markets. In addition, Bud has had extensive experience working in and with our National Office, holding roles relating to Accounting Consulting Services (ACS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Strategic Thought Leadership. Bud formerly served as the Market Assurance Leader for the Lake Erie Market (Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Rochester and Buffalo offices).Bud is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (aka Virginia Tech) and holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He currently serves as the Audit Committee Chair and is a member of the board of directors for the Great Lakes Science Center.
