Junior Account Manager•Supporting distributor to build up sales strategies for mid and small size customers with analysing market insight and market conditions•Establishing productive, professional and long-lasting relationships with key personnel of distributor and its important customers•Coordinating the various company resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to distributors’ needs and objectives •Organising workshops and trainings of key personnel of distributor in order to sustain harmony & active business flow in between business partners•Supporting distributor to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives •Preparing, monitoring and managing of monthly & annual forecasts, sales reports and budgetsEvaluation •Creating a preferred local product portfolio for distribution in coordination with various company resources, involvement and feedbacks of distributor•Defining, initiating and leading proactive gap-filling flavour development projects for local product portfolio Marketing •Creating regular proactive concepts with R&D and marketing departments in order to support sales team of distributor•Leveraging info material from Business Development Centres with local customers (new market products, product collections, brand new presentations)Administrator•Registering, coordinating and following up all project process of assigned accounts•Sampling, documentation, pricing for all projects of assigned accounts •Managing the transfer of existing business from direct sales to local sales (customer agreements, price calculations of custom processes, stock management etc.)Finance •Following up regular basis payments, fees, insurances and taxes•Reporting monthly actions to finance department•Preparing monthly forecast reports and reviewing the situation against the yearly expense budget•Managing the preparation reports for yearly expense budget
