Provide independent project oversight. Monitor and assess project management performance. Responsible for the project management of a configurable enterprise software solution for City, County, and State agencies including the implementation of building permits, business licensing, trade licensing, code enforcement, and customer relations management. Provided project planning, scheduling, tracking, budgeting, resource loading, systems analysis, and integration. Managed project change requests and negotiated changes. Interfaced with users, technical management, and executive staff. Successfully implemented system solutions for the Municipality of Anchorage Alaska, Glynn County Georgia, State of Alaska, and Commerce City, Colorado. Project durations ranged from 9 – 22 months and $500k - $2M.

Provided independent quality assurance project management services for the California Child Support Automation System (CCSAS), a 1.9 billion dollar 10 year project involving multiple State Agencies and vendors. Assessed State and Vendor project processes and products based on IEEE 1012, Software IV&V, IEEE 1058, Standards for Software Project Management Plans, IEEE 12207, Life Cycle Processes, ISO 9000 and PMBOK.
