Attorney (Ethics, Labor & Employment)
CurrentRepresent Agency in employment litigation, arbitrations, national grievances, and adverse actions (performance and conduct-based) before Federal tribunals, including the EEOC, FLRA, and MSPB. Advise and counsel executive leadership/management, Labor & Employee Relations, Human Resources, and Privacy & Diversity regarding Federal personnel law (Title VII, Rehabilitation Act, ADA), discipline, and pay/compensation issues (Title V, FLSA, COPRA). Provide ethics guidance in accordance with the Standards of Ethical Conduct, criminal conflict of interest statutes, and OGE advisories. Coordinate with U.S. Department of Justice counsel to support Federal litigation.
