My experience in the plastics industry started on the production floor of various injection molding facilities. Understanding the reality of the injection molding business firsthand early in my career has established a foundation of respect and understanding for my professional career to build upon. I believe in utilizing a “bottom-up” philosophy in regards to my education, work experience, creative thinking and problem solving skills. I am determined to continually develop my skills and knowledge with this approach because there is always more to understand.I have a passion for business in manufacturing. Currently, I’m providing technical engineering support for BASF Elastollan TPU. I work with extrusion, injection molding, blown film manufacturing processes & applications.
