• Heading the Billing & Estimation and ERP Department• Updating and Maintaining the ERP System.• Preparation of BOQ prepared by Estimation Engineers & finalisation of the same.• Maintain all the documents related to quantity survey & preservation of soft of measurement sheet & abstract sheet.• copies Measurement of actual work at site & tally it with estimation BOQ• Preparation of cash flow of all activity with respect to finalize bar chart• Working on cost control measures• Preparation of BBS• Preparation / checking of RA bill• Responsible for preparation of documents i.e. Project specification• Reconciliation of project cost, material and analyzing the change in cost and project closure.• Prepare subcontractor list for specialized work involved in the project and float inquiry.• Complete documentation required for work order & Issuing work order to contractor.• Ensure contractual compliance by contractors.• Cross check of bills received from site (completeness/Accuracy).• Documentation and Maintaining billing records in the form of hard and soft copies.• Preparation of analysis of rate, extra item statement with reason, variation in budget in consultation with the GM.• Coordinating with project / site team & contractor for finalization of bills / extra item.
