Meeting with various Vendors for design finalization, Spare development and execution. Planning material requirement as per delivery schedule and installation without creating inventory. Preparing SOPs, PM check list of Machines, Quality check sheets for material acceptance for carried out the various execution activities. Manpower and resource planning for carried out site execution work.
