• Conduct pre-production meeting to ensure the quality awareness in all the details cascade to relevant teams for smooth bulk production.• Participation of the respective QA person in the buy meeting to get understanding about seasonal product requirements.• Participation of QA representative for the product risk assessment meeting to share the QA feedback on quality requirements in the initial stage of product development cycle.• Ensure the right quality feedback to the sewing production during the module changeover process/style change over based on customer quality standards & feedback.• Consult with inhouse customer quality lead and understand the quality feedback/improvement points for the bulk production and make sure to incorporate all the points to bulk production with corrective action plan.• Manage the pre-final inspection, final inspection of finish goods prior to the shipment and take decision where required and ensure the customer requirement meet before the dispatch.• Facilitate fact-based real-time problem solving by conducting regular meetings with relevant internal teams to discuss quality related issue.• Coach and mentor, the team while identifying and defining the required skills for future job roles and upgrade the existing tool to bridge the skill gap and enhance the skills.
