Budd managed the custom software development group which develops, tests, and creates the documentation for Cion's software products. These products include the Technical Information Management System (TIMS3), ProjectWeb FM, Engineering applications and customized database applications.

• Worked together with the internal and external software product owners (and executives) to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines;• Worked closely with the Product team for understanding the system’s functional and non-functional requirements;• Collaborated with the Product team in defining the Product Vision;• Demonstrated leadership abilities to Ingenium clients with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules;• Led regular meetings with project team and the management;

• Development of the TIMS3 Project Navigator and TIMS3 Cleanup for Windows NT using Microsoft visual Basic, SQL Server, MS Access and Oracle. TIMS3 Project Navigator is a user friendly GUI including easy to use mouse click features such as file check-in/check-out, file drag and drop. Software clients include: Florida Department of Transportation, Toronto Transit Commission, City of Toronto, Borough of Etobicoke, and Borough of North York.• Development of the PipePac for Windows platforms using Microsoft Access. The PipePac application consists of 3EB, CAPE and LCA tools used in the concrete pipe industry. Implemented a context sensitive Windows based help system for North American users.• Converted the existing MIMS to Windows platform using Access 95. Added new modules, forms and reports to improve the system performance.• Developed Giffels Resume System for Windows using Access 2.0 and Access 97. The system was designed to track incoming resumes and simplify the applicant selection process.• Developed software set-up kits for MS Access and visual Basic applications.
