Advanced Repair Agent
Current• Diagnoses and repairs hardware and software issues on iPhones including software restorations, display, camera, mid system/rear system, and battery replacements.• Processes software and OS requests such as software maintenance, virus removals, temporary file removals, tune ups, OS repairs, and software installs. • Examines and addresses hands on hardware concerns consisting of laptop battery replacements, ram upgrades, SSD upgrades, custom PC builds, hardware diagnostics, and more.• Handles customer intakes and ticket management system, coordinates with team members to handle workflows of up to 30 open tickets at a time and maintains an average turnaround time of 48 hours.
