Design electrical enclosures and software for Levelers and Strand Extensioners. Create standard prints and software for the Levelers and Strand Extensioners. The Levelers used Flexlogix Processors, RSView32, industrial computers, and a variety of DC or AC Drives. Design a Strand Extensioner that integrated a Siemens Controller (S7 300) and RSView32 (HMI). Design electrical panels for a Strand Extensioner and mini-leveler to meet to the CE (European Conformity) certification. Design a leveler for a press feed line using Allen-Bradley DriveLogix and PowerFlex 700S. Provide customer support for HMI computer, Rockwell Software and hardware products.
