Main Job Summary:The Quality Assurance (QA)/Content Support Specialist reports content defects to all UPS DX (Digital Experience) team members who submit development work to UPS.com. Testing for defects is done using various automated tools and manual procedures. Additional tasks include monitoring and reporting defect trends, implementing and documenting ways to eliminate defects and training stakeholders on the QA process & high standards. My role also provides support for content processes by developing and deploying content to test in production environments and by using search and trending tools to generate reports.Additional Unique Job Functions:- Responsible for everything related to creation, implementation and follow through of Change Control windows required for release of content on UPS.com- Responsible for all force approval data, reports & inquiries pertaining to translation proxy of all global languages supported on UPS.com. This includes extensive database manipulation and use of detailed Excel Pivot tables. - Oversee official contact information updates for all Global Language SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) throughout UPS.- Periodically will fully strategize and implement internal UPS RFCs (Requests for Changes) that can include multiple web page expansions in dozens of different languages. This requires high level knowledge of JIRA and exceptional communication between global stakeholders.

Leadership consultants are the front-line staff of Pi Kapp Phi Fraternity. Each semester, leadership consultants travel the country visiting up to 20 active chapters, leading expansion efforts & serving as the primary liaison between the National Headquarters and undergraduate chapters. This elite group of men promote positive change and continued success within chapters & develop a professional network, all while improving their personal leadership and communication skills.

In charge of running all operations of the company which include: Finances, Insurance, Website, Contacts, Travel, Marketing (online & in person) and anything else that needs to be handled on the business side of the company. I work directly with the Owner/CEO to make sure everything is functioning at its best possible level.
