Manage a team of appraisers, customer service representatives, sales representatives, and document specialists that focus on the acquisition of powersports, cars, trucks, and suv's both direct from consumers and dealers. The teams responsibility is to cultivate prospective sellers to convert to completing the sale of their vehicle to RumbleON. The Team purchases 1,000 to 1,500 vehicles per month, 100% online. Oversee the remarketing of 1000 plus Powersports vehicles each month. Work closely with the auctions to review condition reports, transportation, as well as establishing pricing. Travel to 7 locations each month to represent our vehicles at the auctions and sell them.Manage the team that responsible for buying and selling inventory direct from dealerships. Also maintaining and building new relationships with both franchise and independent dealerships across the country.

Build and maintain dealership relations by providing a service and platform for both independent and franchise dealerships to buy and sell pre-owned inventory to and from RumbleON. Built a team of district managers that actively prospected and signed up dealers on our platform. Dispatch and oversee all transportation of vehicles purchased and sold from consumers and dealers. Looking for the most cost effective and quickest ways to transport our vehicles while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
