Regional Sales Manager: Responsible for the leading the regional sales team in achieving revenue goals for CDI's Dallas plant. Practice and communicate corporate level initiatives and strategies to the Dallas sales team. Create and monitor a plan with my team to meet our sales revenue goals. Run weekly sales meetings to track progress and discuss opportunities and issues with the Dallas sales team. Manage two outside sales reps and two inside sales reps on our team. Help the sales team handle any customer issues. Work closely with our plant manager and production team to strategize expected plant needs based on current revenue goals. I am still responsible for managing my customers within my given territory. Leadership Team: Represent the sales team on the Leadership Team for the Dallas plant. Work collaboratively with the other plan Leadership Team members to lead, grow and problem solve for the greater good of the plant. Develop equipment, people, and strategies based on plant goals. Review plant P&L each week to ensure plant profitability.

Primary focus was building the Texas market for CDI and driving revenue to the Dallas plant. I traveled to distributors in the state of Texas regularly to sell to and train our customers, and secure business. I was responsible for a specific sales goal and this was tracked daily, weekly, and monthly. - Responsible for prospecting and acquiring clients to build a financial planning practice.- Generated all leads through networking and prospecting within my personal market. - Achieved Pacesetter First 40 award for selling 40 policies / accounts in the first 6 months - this award is earned by less than 10% of first year representatives.

- Managed and developed new accounts across the US. - Worked with Run Specialty and Sporting goods retailers throughout the US. - Attended trade shows on behalf of the company.

- Represented multiple brands in the Sporting Goods marketplace with regional and national accounts such as Scheels, Gander Mountain, Eastbay, Tradehome Shoes, Bon-Ton, and Schuler Shoes.- Advised on seasonal assortment plans and merchandising layouts for each account. - Responsible for goal setting and forecasting territory sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. - Independently managed over 100+ accounts and $4 million of revenue.
