Buddy Gadams currently resides in Norfolk, Virginia. Mr. Gadams’ mission has been to dutifully preserve his community by restoring historic landmarks that run along the colonial neighborhoods in Tidewater. Buddy has compiled a long list of buildings that he has restored and revamped; they are now modernized on the inside and deemed as upscale townhouses, condos, and loft apartments for the patrons of Norfolk. Successfully combining modern amenities in a deep-rooted colonial house, Buddy Gadams has redefined the way of living in Norfolk. Buddy was featured on Home and Gardens TV series “Restore America,” where he and his company restored a private colonial home that was originally built in 1896. Nevertheless, Buddy’s business does not limit itself to solely restoring colonial houses. He recently revamped and restored the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts, an organization that encourages the visual and performing arts in order to promote a diverse community. The wide spectrum of projects that Mr. Gadams takes on clearly shows his high level of dedication and passion for his community.Buddy Gadams’ enthusiasm does not end with restoring landmarks. He is also an enthusiastic marathon runner, who has competed in over 25 races to date. One race that he is particularly proud of was a 150-mile run through the inhospitable Sahara Desert: a truly satisfying accomplishment. He is also a huge supporter of James Madison University, where he earned his B.B.A. in Finance. Mr. Gadams also devotedly contributes to political causes.
