After losing our son Bo to a 5 year battle with Ewings Sarcoma, we started the BoStrong Foundation. In honor of Bo, we want to provide young adults and their families, holistic treatment options as a therapy in and of itself or, in conjunction with mainstream treatments. We will offer support and encouragement to these families as they navigate this difficult journey. Bo would want to share his love of music with those who would benefit most from its healing properties. In that vein, we have partnered with Ulman Cancer Fund to build and staff a Music Room in their new Ulman House in Baltimore MD. The Ulman House provides housing and support for young adults going through cancer treatment. The BoStrong Music room will be a space for music therapy treatment of all forms.

In 2011 I I joined with business partner Cynthia Peters to form FiberPlex Technologies, LLC for the purpose of acquiring the assets of FiberPlex Inc. We worked diligently to resurrect a brand that had been neglected and was struggling. Immediately after launching, we started the brand on a new growth trajectory with the introduction of new products, development of both a new engineering department and structured sales department. In October of 2017 we joined forces with Patton Electronics Co and consolidated all of our operations with Patton in Gaithersburg, MD. FiberPlex Technologies has been converted from an Electronics Manufacturer to an IP holding and leasing company.

Buddy Oliver joined Aurora in Dec 2021 as Vice President of Pro Audio and Automation to stand up our new Audio DSP line of products as well as bring laser focus to the already mature ReAX line of Control and Automation products.

FiberPlex and Patton have joined forces to create a unified connectivity powerhouse. FiberPlex has consolidated all of it's operations and has become a brand of Patton. As part of this consolidation I have been brought on to expand the FiberPlex brand into Patton's expansive global channel as well as introduce the full Patton line into FiberPlex existing Defense and Civilian Government markets.
