While at St. Louis Honda Frontenac I held a variety of different responsibilities including:I routinely organized both the new and used car lot allowing customers to quickly find their desired car. I also helped create a more efficient system to help organize the hundreds of keys to various vehicles. I assisted in washing both new and used cars as well as customers who had recently got their car serviced. I also ensured that new cars were ready for deliver assisting both the new and used car sales team. I routinely wrote hand written thank you notes to our customers.On occasion I also traveled the greater St. Louis area to do dealer trades as well as pick up cars from various partnerships.

I was responsible for customer satisfaction within the detail department at Tri Star Mercedes. These duties included listening to customers, washing, waxing, and vacuuming various models of Mercedes. My goal with every car was to bring a smile to the customers face.
