Budhi Martono or more often called Oni, has a long experienced of 30 years as an Engineer and also an Executive in the Heavy Equipment manufacturing/engineering world. In the last 5 years of his tenure, Oni attracted to learn about Coaching through his friend at ITB. There was an extraordinary feeling he had, one he had been searching for a long time. Many things have happened to the team and to himself would have been much better if there had been a coach who accompany him. His new career journey as a Professional Coach immediately began by taking Professional Coach Certification so that Oni successfully obtained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation in 2017.
