To arrange and conduct monthly meeting with Directors related to sales report, including getting the data and information needed and making the presentationTo maintain (PIC) relationship with Life Insurance partners,dealing with the prospective partners for the new partnership program, analyzing the insurance product with the existing partners, and monitoring the whole partnership aspect and program with the Life Insurance partnersCalculating the incentive of every Credit Marketing Officer (CMO), Branch Manager (BM), Regional Manager (RM) and Deputy Director (DD) in Sales Division based on their performance (sales and non sales)Reporting the result of the calculation to HR Dept. for the payment in each month.To serve data and analyze the performance of Branch Manager (BM) in order to give them the promotion based on their sales or non sales performance.To maintain the budget of promotion for all branches.Receive the request for the promotion tools such as banners, billboards, event partnerships with dealers / showroom, etc from branches, control the budget itself, and propose the request to the official approver.To analyze data from IT division into information needed for the business decision, including report the result to Deputy Director or Board of Directors.To conduct data that needed by sales division, making the query, or pivot to support sales activities in branches.To make sure all the bills from dealer / showroom partners, related to consumer loans given by the company to the end customer, to be paid on scheduled.Making coordination with branches to make sure the bill is on the right schedule, and reporting the progress to dealer / showroom partners.
