Duties and responsibilities:1) Verifying & approved all repair request, purchase requisition & proposing corrective action to be taken.2) Attend to vessels dry docking, repairs and survey by classification when required.3) Prepare docking report, internal inspection all vessels for internal program4) Ensure and review the implementation of the planned maintenance system (PMS) on the vessels through the internal program.5) Supervise the mechanic & electrician on their work during vessels maintenance.6) Prepare analysis report for vessel damage condition and rectify all problems of technical aspect and give recommendations for preventive measure to be reported to Fleet Manager

As for as the ship repairing is concerned, I have carried out task as PIMPRO (Pimpinan Project) on board vessels type Cargo, Tanker, Crane Barges, Container, AHTSDuties and responsibilities: 1) Ensure master schedule project to be a head with first planning.2) Control & monitoring man power to set with effective & efficient project.3) Conduct VSCC Meeting & coordinate all activities to ensure safety onboard.4) Conduct progress meeting & review work schedule.5) issue & update project plan promptly.

For new ship construction we have constructed vessels type AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) Duties and responsibilities:1) Assisting QC inspection in carrying out his duties.2) Fit up inspection and attend to inspection as and when required.3) Develop knowledge of welding techniques, process variable affecting weld quality and monitoring in process welding.4) Review drawing and specification hull construction for fabrication and installation process 5) Supervise and respective of inspection activities (owner/client/class society).
