Job as Automation Engineer :1. Make semi automation project, using pneumatic system, PLC and low cost micro controller like arduino board, serial PPI, wemos, rasberry pi.2. Remove manual recording at production line and convert to online recording and auto recording system.3. Create connectivity projects, to record machine utilization and machine performance automatically. so that production supervisors, maintenance, and related parties can monitor directly through the real time dashboard, about machine conditions are running, stops, errors and others.4. Create a TPM project to record the period of use of machine parts and provide alerts for maintenance whenever they need to be replaced. To prevent Machine down and to stabilize Machine performance, because performance of the part decreases after a certain time of use.Job as Manufacturing Engineering :1.
