Development of wheelchair tennis at a Provincial and National level in Canada.Key Responsibilities Included:• Establishing and managing the goals and objectives of the National and Provincial Wheelchair Tennis programs.• Developing and preparing Yearly Training Plans which includes competition and training schedules, sport science, medicine support, player monitoring plans, skill norms, fitness norms, mental training norms and player and coach evaluations.• Overseeing the development and implementation of tennis programs in the province including: developmental programs, tournaments, league and match play, regroupings and Provincial Team tryouts.• Monitoring and managing the BC Wheelchair Sports budget for Wheelchair Tennis as appropriate.• Managing and coaching the Canadian National Wheelchair Tennis Team on international tours / competition.
