• Establishing and managing the goals and objectives of the National and Provincial Wheelchair Tennis programs.
• Developing and preparing Yearly Training Plans which includes competition and training schedules, sport science, medicine support, player monitoring plans, skill norms, fitness norms, mental training norms and player.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of tennis programs in the province including: developmental programs, tournaments, league and match play, regroupings and Provincial Team tryouts.
• Monitoring and managing the BC Wheelchair Sports budget for Wheelchair Tennis as appropriate.
• Managing and coaching the Canadian National Wheelchair Tennis Team on international tours / competition.
