I am Bud Meadows and I have helped companies that serve the healthcare market help meet the full potential of those market opportunities. Joining HCP in 2023, I lead the integration of three companies to create a platform to help serve the Long Term Post Acute market with mission critical applications that automate workflow with analytics and benchmarking to help improve the experiences for providers and the people they serve. Prior to joining HCP, I served in leadership roles with ABILITY from its venture stage (<$12M ARR) through two successful private equity recapitalizations and the acquisition by Inovalon ($1.2B valuation) in 2018, serving as the commercial and operations leader as part of the private company and promoted to business unit president as part of Inovalon as a public company and through a successful transaction to go private in 2021 while growing the business from $145M (revenue at time of acquisition by Inovalon) to over $220M ARR in 2022. Bringing more than 25 years of sales, marketing, operations and business development leadership experience within the healthcare technology industry in both private and public companies, used to help build organizations that can scale quickly to support a high volume/high velocity sales and delivery model in a platform as a service model.Prior to joining ABILITY in 2010, I served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Mirixa Corporation, a leading provider of technology and clinical services for pharmacies and health plans. Mr. Meadows previously held leadership roles at Sage Software, WebMD/Emdeon and Medical Manager Corporation. During this time, he had responsibility for developing and leading the clinical and administrative transactions sales business units and reseller programs.
