I have strong experience in proposal development, including estimating cost and schedule, and the preparation of the technical approach. I have extensive and varied experience in the development of permits and project documentation, including quality control plans, technical specifications, details and drawings. I am experienced in the design, operation and maintenance of advanced groundwater treatment systems, including pump and treat, bioslurping, SVE and monitored natural attenuation. I am also skilled in the preparation of post-completion submittals and final reports.
