Work closely with senior members of staff usually senior managers or directors to help manage their workload and organize their daily tasks. Screen incoming calls and deal with any enquiries that don't need to be passed on to Regional Managing Director and Regional Director. Set up the appointments, organize and attend the meetings. Assist and make travel arrangements for Regional Managing Director, Regional Director, Regional Managers, and staff. Act as a spokesperson for the manager in their absence in smaller organizations, also get involved in recruitment interview, running regional sales report, managing junior staff and HR issues, such as creating staff's long service award, health and safety and dealing with staff problems.
