Led Cambria brand-building initiatives including overall brand positioning, creative strategy, copywriting, market research, web site re-design, media strategy and buying, trade advertising, consumer promotions, sales collateral, key-market PR programs and product photography. Managed staff of four marketing/project associates. Developed brand marketing strategies and annual plan recommendations.

Managed Catalina’s largest-category account with annual revenue of $12-15MM. Exceeded 2004 individual sales quota by 30%. Grew existing account revenue by $1MM and generated over $1MM incremental business from new accounts. Led development of Relationship Marketing initiatives and new application for evaluation of ROI/Lifetime Value for packaged goods products. Designed unique web-driven Rewards program using household-level data to support and increase purchase frequency.
